About Shipping

Item(s) that are in stock will ship within 1-3 business days from Monday through Friday. Please note that may vary by holidays.


Tracking Number

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped, but sometimes due to weekends or holidays time that shipping tracking is not available after 1-3 business days.


Cancel / Change Order

If you need to cancel an order you have already placed, please email us with your order number or user name. Then we can find your order quickly.Order cancellations/changes must be made within 24 hours from order placement. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.


Freight & Customs Fee

We have a fixed shipping rate of $4.99 USD to all destinations in the USA.
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country


Wrong Address/ Undeliveried Package

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. So when the item is lost or returned back due to an incorrect shipping address. We are not responsible for it.

Rest of the world: 15-25 Calendar Days
